Artwork Leads

Every now and then someone emails me regarding works they have but are reluctant to share much info or a photo of the work.   This is quite understandable.  What these contacts do provide are "homework" for me to continue to work on for the future.   This page is to help me remember what leads I need to continue to consider without losing track of them.

1.  Here is an excerpt from a contact.   These paintings are part of an estate.  Geary File Email, 16 February 2007 > 1. M-7524 After the Rain > 2. 7902 Margueritte's Wagon > 3. 7978 Boots > 4. #2 Barns in Montana > 5. #8 Barn > 6. untitled/no number

2.  Moore Email File, 16 April 2007 This contact mentions Naegle's in the family estate, including some of Montana's work.  It also gives me the idea to create some pages of Monty's work, as I already have some of those. Numbers 2 through 5 have been purchased and are now available to post on www.naeglefriends.com soon.   So this lead now covers:  After the Rain #7524, the twenty-fourth painting done in 1975, and #6, with no title or number.

3.  The Craftsman on P60 is known.  It is #281 and was submitted by David Naegle.

4.  A Naegle friend in Santa Fe, also an artist, once offered pictures of two paintings by Stephen Naegle.

5.  Casper Wyoming.  A relative of Stephen offered to share a number of smaller Naegle works.  Four small watercolors, one ink drawing, and two oil landscapes.

6.  Single Family Dwelling on Jazz Drive, David Naegle
