317.  Shoshoni Street

This delightful watercolor is no doubt depicting a street in the nearby town
of Shoshoni Wyoming.  If you head west out of Casper on US Highway 26,
you'll hit Shoshoni just outside the Wind River Indian Reservation.  This
painting is 1/4 sheet size.

318. Prospector

This abstract watercolor slide was in a shoebox and
overlooked.  Here it is in all it's glory.  A common sight
out West when prospection for gold along America's
virgin streams.

I really believe this is already in the index of works,
but we'll leave it up a while as we research it.

320. Dog Trot

From a slide in the Naegle Family Archives comes this slide of a painting called
Dog Trot.  Some notations on the slide reveal it's of an Arkansas ramshackle
home of a style called a dog trot.  An additional note says painted in Wyoming,
bringing rise to the idea it was painted from a photograph or a good memory of
the old place.

#7669 is the official number of this painting via Stephen's numbering system.  
The sixty-ninth painting of 1976.
