| 153. Pond at Sunset Re-reading those letters pays off. A wonderful letter from a former student tells of all she sent in the packet. A single sentence tells of this painting which she didn't send. I know she was thinking of major works. This small watercolor was done in a classroom setting in response to how do you paint a pond at sunset. It was done quickly she says and always treasured by her. She framed the 4 x 6 inch painting and retains it still. Thanks for telling about it. I've requested a picture. Private Collection.
