149. Mueller Park This signed Naegle painting was done from a color slide. Gleaning from an email of David Naegle, Mueller Park is identified as a painting Stephen Naegle did for his brother, David's dad, Than. The offer of a American Motors Rambler Classic Wagon in exchange was the deal. We all benefit from that transaction, these many years later. Utah Trip #2. Naegle Family Collection
150. Snow-covered Cottonwood Log A close friend of Stephen's contacted me today via email, November 2, 2006. He said, "I remember when he painted it, and how it took form almost magically as he added the details and left the white snow." Watercolor. BL
151. Reclining Female Figure This small watercolor is of a reclining female figure. Size from memory is approximately 6 1/2 by 14 1/2 inches. Thanks BL
152. Pine at Dusk November 3, 2006 comes an email from a Naegle owner inquiring as to details of his Naegle painting. The painting is a watercolor of a barren tree with a sunset behind it. The owner states that on the back of the painting is this phrase: "8048 Pine/dusk". Thanks to the owner of this work. Private Collection, Image pending. David's investigation leads him to believe that the numbering employed by Stephen Naegle was the year plus the number of the painting done in that year. This would be the 48th painting by Stephen done in 1980.

Mueller Park Detail This scene is just so inviting. I'm sure the effect of a large painting in such a small picture format is lost. However, a little detail shot helps somewhat.
